Simeon Anderson has over 30 years experience in Commercial property and is a member of the General Practice Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He studied Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, has gained experience in every sector of the UK Property Market and has a strong network of industry professionals.
Simeon has successfully originated, executed and co-invested in a wide range of asset backed investments across multiple geographies and sectors. He has acted as a Principal at Brockton Capital, a UK focused opportunity fund, Yoo, the design orientated residential developer and Priority Sites, an industrial development company. Before this, Simeon spent 3 years at Jones Lang LaSalle’s City Investment Department managing the Sale and Acquisition of substantial prime central London offices.
Simeon lives between London and Oxfordshire with his wife Sophie and his children Lily, Sorrel and Orla. His interests include sustainable architecture, fishing, rock climbing and competitive enduro & flat track racing.
